Cancellaion and refund of booking amount (deposit amount) paid

A) There is no free cancellation at VJ Villa. Cancellation charge will be 25% of Advance (deposit) amount paid for cancelling a booking upto 7 days prior to check in date and 50% for notice of cancellation less than 7 days and for no show.

B) Rent; once paid is not refundable under any circumstances (even if guest do not check in or vaccates the apartment prior to the schduled check out date).

The amount will be refunded by VJ Villa through electronic mode in favour of the applicant and confirmation sent to the mailing address given in the online registration form, within a period of 7-10 calendar days on receipt of such claim.
