Guests will be held responsible for the damages or loss of any form caused by them or any of their accomplices and will be liable to complete replacement charges. All such charges must be settled before checking out.
In accordance with Local Rules and Regulations, Smoking and Consumption of Alcoholic substances is completely prohibited in all Public Areas of the compound.
We don’t have any restaurant or bar within our compound. All apartments are fully furnished with kitchen and dining areas. There are ample facilities to cook your own food.
Other than that, there are a number of restaurants at walkable distances from VJ Villa. Some of them offer direct delivery services too. Menu cards to such third party services are available at the front desk. Our staff is available round the clock to assist you with the booking and delivery process with restaurants. Also Food can be ordered through apps like UBEREATS, ZOMATO & SWIGGY
Personal belongings and valuables are to be safeguarded by yourself. Keep all such items in the rooms at your own risk.
Lost Items, if found by us will be kept for a period of 30 days and will be disposed of if not collected during this period.
We are not directly or indirectly responsible for any claim legal or otherwise, for any loss or theft.
Kindly fill up all the details as asked in the reservation forms, and submit the relevant documents as prescribed by the Local Authorities.
For every guest, a copy of government issued Photo ID must be submitted before checking in.
For foreign nationals copies of passport and visa are also to be submitted prior to the check-in.
In the event that of any disturbances or unwarranted experiences during your stay, please inform the staff immediately.
In case of any serious misconduct by the guests towards the other guests or the staff members, we reserve the right to terminate your stay with immediate effect.
Such termination needs no prior notice and will not be refunded in any case. We reserve the right to amend, cancel or vary any of the arrangements, facilities and tariff featured on this site without prior notice.
The entry gates are manned 24/7. However, we are in no way, liable or responsible for theft or loss of personal belongings of all sorts under any circumstances.
Covered parking area for six cars is facilitated by us and it can be utilized on a "first come first serve" basis. On-Street free parking is also available. However, we do not accept responsibility for any of your vehicles or its contents.
Lost or misplaced keys will be fined at Rs.1500/- plus other applicable charges.
